Certified group production covers injection mold design and the manufacture of molds and plastic products, including frames and light guide plates. Documented process and change controls connect order review, tooling, and production, supporting repeatability, defect traceability, and corrective and preventive action.

ISO 13485

Medical Device Quality Management

Certified production within our group covers non-implantable plastic components for medical devices under ISO 13485:2016 and GB/T 42061-2022. Risk management, traceability, cleanliness controls, and production records support medical-device supply-chain requirements.

IATF 16949

Automotive Quality Management

Automotive products are manufactured on IATF 16949-certified lines within our group. Scope includes LED optical lenses, plastic components, and interior-lighting assembly. PFMEA and PPAP support process risk control and consistent dimensions and performance in volume production.
